The Executive Director of the Ministry of Defense Development Program Discusses the Plan of Cultural Change Program within the Applied Stages of the Transformation Program of the Ministry of Defense

On Monday (7/1/1440 H), the Executive Director of the Ministry of Defense Development Program, Dr. Samir bin Abdul Aziz Al-Doctor, received the Change and Communication Department work team of the Ministry of Defense Development Program to clarify the change and communication plan aimed at raising the professional culture of the Ministry of Defense personnel towards the practical application of the development of the Ministry of Defense.

During the meeting, the Executive Director of the Ministry of Defense Development Program was briefed on the methodology of cultural change goals within the Ministry, as well as the activities of the Change and Communication Department in relation to cultural change.
For his part, HE Dr. Samir stressed on the importance of adopting the cultural transformation within the Ministry and working to cultivate common values among Ministry workforces, keeping pace with the changes to achieve their common goals, and engaging all parties and communicating with all colleagues of the Ministry.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the work team expressed its thanks and appreciation to His Excellency the Chief Executive Officer of the Ministry of Defense Development Program for his continuous support. His Excellency also explained that what has been achieved from the organization and performance in the work of the Change and Communication Department according to the directives and aspirations of His Excellency, ensuring that the Department carries out the tasks entrusted to it to the fullest extent, which contributes to raising the level of work efficiency and speed of achievement and achieve leadership and excellence in order to achieve the vision of leadership of the primacy of the Ministry of Defense.
